Florida’s Attorney General James Uthmeier just made it clear: no one is allowed to spray or alter the skies over the Sunshine State. Under the newly passed Senate Bill 56, any aircraft attempting to inject or disperse chemicals to change the weather or block sunlight is now banned from using Florida’s public airports.
Florida isn’t messing around. Violators could face fines of up to $100,000, and several airports — including Palm Beach and Daytona Beach — have already issued notices refusing access to planes suspected of “weather modification.”
Florida means business: hands off poisoning our skies.
