We received a tip last week regarding the possibility of the RNC holding their convention in Jacksonville.
It appears that tip was correct!
Although it is not confirmed 100% — the signs are here, the voices are loud and the media from around the world are calling.
This is a big deal for Jacksonville. We would probably never have been considered for this convention before COVID exposed all those behind the scenes trying to undermine the 2020 election. As Democrat strongholds keep people at home with draconian regulations, our beautiful state of Florida is open and the economic engine is starting to roar again.
Our state has a Republican Governor who has supported Donald Trump’s initiatives and our city is run by a Republican Mayor. Those two factors alone make Jacksonville worthy of holding the convention.
The RNC can not chance a Democrat Governor or Mayor holding the convention hostage with draconian rules.
We are pleased to be considered and want to show the world what southern hospitality is all about. We have our own problems like any city and we pray we can come together and make history for the nation right here in our own backyard.
