Open borders is the main concern of the American people but no one is more disturbed about it than Tom Homan, who once was in charge of protecting the borders.

Homan spoke to a group of business leaders this week in Jacksonville and his anger about the Biden administration’s open borders policy was evident.

After working as a cop, he joined the Border Patrol and worked his way up the ranks until he was made executive associate director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in 2013 by President Barack Obama.

In 2015, Obama gave him a Presidential Rank Award as a Distinguished Executive. At the time, the WashingtonPost wrote, “Thomas Homan deports people. And he’s really good at it.”

Upon taking office, President Donald Trump appointed Homan acting director of ICE.

Homan cracked down on the already troublesome invasion of the southern border, under Trump’s orders, infuriating liberals.

As a result, illegal entry into the United States was cut by 85-90 percent, Homan said.

That meant thousands of people were saved from death, rape, torture and other crimes.

But it ended when Joe Biden became president and threw the borders wide open dropping any pretense of protecting the country. Immediately 2.5 million non-citizens poured in and the number has increased steadily each year..

More than 114,000 Americans have died from fentanyl brought over the open border, since Trump left office Homan said. In addition, hundreds of Americans have been killed or raped.

Homan choked up during his speech as he talked about a 9-year-old girl he saw who had been brutally raped by members of one of the Mexican cartels that are facilitating the invasion and piling up huge profits. Mexico’s government is unwilling or unable to stop them.

He also mentioned seeing the bodies of 19 people who “baked to death” in a truck while sneaking over the border. One was a 5-year-old boy.

Cartel members were carrying one family across a river into America and when spotted, threw them in the water to drown, Homan said.

Those who have crossed the border include 30,000 male Chinese of military age, he said, asking “Why are they here?”

He predicted there will be serious terrorist attacks in the U.S. because of the invasion.

America is the most open, accepting and tolerant nation on the planet. It takes in a million legal immigrants a year – more than any country. Homan told of one legal immigrant who had worked diligently for three years to gain entrance and was distraught at seeing someone else enter in one day merely by walking over the border.

Rather than being punished or sent back to their homes, invaders are given care packages, food, shelter, air transportation to a city of their choice and housing in expensive hotels.

Under Trump, America had the most secure border in history, Homan said, but because of the Biden’s administration policies it now has no security, and Americans are dying.

Homan said the motive is to create a permanent Democrat ruling class. The invaders are counted by the census and the states that collect them will get more representatives in Congress, and growing clout.

The federal government’s first job is to protect Americans. Preventing Trump from running and winning is now Job No. 1 for the Deep State, liberal media and the Democrat Party.

Homan listed ways to stop the invasion. The first is to elect Trump president, said Homan, who is working in the Trump campaign.

Other ways are to threaten to cut off aid to countries that are emptying their prisons and insane asylums. Then stop the flow of millions of dollars the illegal immigrants are sending back to their home countries.

“Catch and release” also should end, he said.

Finally, enforce court orders. Courts routinely deny 90 percent of the fake “asylum seekers” but almost none leave.

It is anticipated that Trump will call Homan out of retirement to run ICE if elected.

“I will run the biggest deportation operation in history” if put back as head of ICE, Homan said.

Homan asked, why even have a Border Patrol or courts if their work achieves nothing?
