Breaking News: Episcopal of Jacksonville parents file lawsuit claiming intrusion into their parental rights

Parents of students at Episcopal School of Jacksonville have filed a lawsuit claiming the school is intruding into their parental rights over their own children.

Episcopal School has mandated that all students must wear a mask at school. The parents who filed the lawsuit have claimed they have medical responsibility for their children – not the school. A face mask is considered a medical device. The school – as the parents note – is making medical decisions which is against the law.

Eye on Jacksonville congratulates these parents who are joining the ranks of millions of other parents across the country who are standing up and claiming their parental rights against schools and other entities such as the government.

Daniel K. Bean of Abel Bean Law, P.A. is the attorney of record for the parents.

This is breaking news and Eye on Jacksonville will report the full details soon.
