Most of the local media are using “journalists” from Report for America to cover local stories.
This organization claims its function is to allow media outlets to cover “under-reported” stories.
But a News4Jax reporter writes about the salaries of teachers in government schools – one of the most hashed-over topics in the news.
Liberals constantly hammer on the perceived need to raise teacher salaries, despite the fact that what someone earns is no one else’s business. Most teachers belong to the teachers’ union, which is a major funding arm of the Far Left Democrat Party.
Eye on Jacksonville wondered who Report for America is and began looking.
It turns out that Report for America is an initiative of the Ground Truth Project, whose goals is to train and support teams of emerging journalists around the world.

It turns out that It is an initiative of GlobalPost, which is “a Boston-based nonprofit media organization whose mission is “to serve audiences as a distinctive content source for information, insights and cultural experiences essential to living in our diverse, interconnected world. Several of its largest contributors include left-of-center organizations the Ford Foundation, the Henry Luce Foundation, and the George Kaiser Family Foundation, “ according to Influence Watch.
Global Post, of course, is yet another left-wing propaganda outlet funded by liberal foundations and wealthy liberals. It has connections to the federal government’s propaganda arm PBS.
Global Post was founded in 2009 by two Boston guys using $8.5 million in “private funding.” It doesn’t make much money from advertising or subscriptions. Its major visible source of revenue (as of 2014) is what it gets from liberal media outlets such as the New York Daily News, NBC and the Huffington Post.
Global Post claimed at one point to have “correspondents”, many of them bloggers, in 50 countries.
When organizations have this many links, it often means they are trying to disguise the actual source of their funding and their intent.
Our guess is that if you peeled enough layers you would find money from socialist George Soros involved in this labyrinthine structure. He has vowed to use his billions to destroy capitalism and America and the funding streams are found almost everywhere. It’s no big stretch.
Soros has spent more than $48 million funding media organizations.
As failing newspapers shed reporters in the past few years, it appears that Report for America has been recruiting them and using them to spread liberalism. The operation is
shielded by layer upon layer of corporate structures that can only be necessary to hide their intent and revenue sources.
