Speak Eye: Baby Daddy, Revenge Sex, Duval County Homework Assignment

Meet Speak Eye.  This is our newest EYE and this one calls for Action.   When you see this EYE  — read and take note of the Action we hope you will take.  Here’s our first one.

Last week there was a huge issue in our Duval County Schools.  Review the issue here:

Baby Daddy, Revenge Sex question video

This is the most horrific question we have ever seen on a high school test.  We are amazed and we are not happy with the School Board’s response.  “They are looking into it.”  We understand they need to do that and we would like to hear people will be held accountable.

The issue is — “What shall the Duval County School Board do about it?”

We need answers and we need this type of garbage to stop in our schools. Our children deserve better than this!

What can you do to Speak out?  Here you go.  Contact Lauren Ricks, Public Relations for Duval County School Boards.  You can find her at:

Some Speaking points:

  • Who made up this question?
  • Why would another teacher use a test without reviewing the questions first?
  • What will happen to the one who made up the question and the teacher who handed it out?
  • What will the Duval County School Board do to ensure this never happens again?

Please be respectful with your email.  Ask Ms. Ricks to respond to you.  We would love to hear from you if you sent the email and the response you get back.

If they don’t hear from you, they will keep doing what they do.

Keeping an EYE on our schools too!
