Government schools in Jacksonville are using a pamphlet on “gender identity” that specifically directs employees to withhold vital information from parents.
This latest assault on parental rights was confirmed for Eye on Jacksonville by an administrator who said the material is “a guidance document for employees.”
If a young child is confused by liberal propaganda and made to believe he or she can become the opposite sex, the school exploits the confusion by training the child in the liberal beliefs of gender identity.
This is the idea that you can change your sex just by wishing or pretending to be another sex. It is further alleged that there are more than two sexes, contrary to all scientific teaching.
Local activist Quisha King has called for a “mass exodus” from government schools for this and other behavior.
She has said her activism began when her young daughter came home and reported that a teacher had inquired about “what pronouns she wanted to use.”
King has posted a YouTube video about the gender material.
King and thousands of other parents around the nation have responded to such unscientific partisan nonsense by attending school board meetings and protesting.
Politicians on school boards wrote to the U.S. Dept. of Justice comparing those parents to “domestic terrorists” – for which they have apologized. But they asked for an investigation and the justice department directed the FBI to look into the matter.
The pamphlet in the local schools is labeled “LGB…(etc.) Support Guide”, and on the inside is titled “Transgender/gender Nonconforming Support Plan CONFIDENTIAL.”
It contains this explicit instruction: “Reminder: A student’s gender identity should never be disclosed without their consent even to a parent/guardian.”
It also has a checkbox to indicate “how supportive” a parent is of the child’s confusion.
As one might expect, it was produced by the federal government.
People who once were called sexual deviants have become another important voting bloc in the Democrat Party, even though their number is small. Thus, it is being warmly received and promoted by the Democrat media and Far Left celebrities.
The liberal majority on the local school board already has adopted other policies curtailing parental rights.
For example, a boy can use the girl’s restroom in the government schools. Administrators say they will investigate if any girl complains, but of course any complaint is likely to be squelched by peer pressure from already indoctrinated students.
Eye commends the alert parents who are monitoring the rogue school board and exposing its activities.
