He has over 30 years of experience in waste disposal and sanitation and has founded several waste-related businesses, including Arwood Site Services. Arwood faced considerable challenges in securing a patent for his idea, as obtaining a patent for outer space-related projects is an extremely specialized field. However, he persevered and eventually connected with a retired NASA employee who specialized in space and military patents.
