Don’t trash our city ‘cause the Sheriff is watching

Every now and then, it’s the “small” things that say the most about a city—and the people leading it.

This week, Sheriff T.K. Waters did something simple… and powerful. He saw a driver toss trash out the window—and instead of letting it slide, he turned on the lights and pulled him over.

He wasn’t having it.  And the driver got a ticket for trashing our streets!

Sheriff, this one’s from Eye to you—thank you.

Because here’s the truth: Clean streets matter. They send a message. They say this place is cared for… and worth caring about.

There’s an old saying: cleanliness is next to godliness. There’s something to that. A clean city lifts people up. It gives us pride when we drive through it, walk through it, and welcome others into it.

So here’s your Wink, Sheriff.

Thanks for keeping crime down and litterbugs on notice too!!
