Celebrate Constitution Day at the USS Orleck Naval Museum

The local chapter of Citizens Defending Freedom is sponsoring a special event Tuesday, September 17, 2024, for the third annual Constitution Day Celebration at the USS Orleck Naval Museum in Jacksonville, FL! This free event promises to be a fun and inspiring way to celebrate the birth of the U.S. Constitution by the St. Johns River, complete with music, food, and special guest speakers.

Start the evening at 5:30 PM with music and grab a bite to eat from an on-site food truck.  Enjoy the beautiful riverfront setting and take a self-guided topside tour of the exterior of the USS Orleck, a historic naval ship, before the main program begins.

At 6:30 PM, the program will kick off, featuring remarks from Councilman Mike Gay and Army War Veteran Reginald Blount.
