Applause for closing the theater of the absurd

Government schools in Jacksonville should be given credit for shutting down plans to produce a play aptly named “Indecent” in one school.

Liberals who are pushing filth upon children as part of their strategy to destroy the family unit in America were outraged, which is in itself outrageous.

The play was going to be at Douglas Anderson School of the Arts until school officials nixed the idea.

“‘Indecent’ contains adult sexual dialog that is inappropriate for student cast members and student audiences. It’s that simple,” a school system official told Eye on Jacksonville.

He called the decision “a function of our responsibilities to ensure students engage in educational activities appropriate for their age.”

There are literally thousands of plays the school could choose that would be both entertaining and instructive, without including pornography. No one has explained why it was important to produce this particular play. Liberals like to pretend that such filth is “artistic” and therefore something beneficial to children. That is total nonsense of course. There are differences between children and adults and parents are entitled to have a say in what their children see.

Parents have caught on to the agenda and they don’t like it. Pushback from them, along with responsible legislation from representatives of the people, has resulted in change for the better.

School officials in Jacksonville should be commended for making a decision that is in the best interests of parents and children.
