In an effort to provide our taxpayers with a non-biased, informative segment on the upcoming 3 constitutional amendments on this year’s ballots, please check out the information provided by The James Madison Institute, a conservative Think Tank located in Tallahassee.  They do a great job of explaining each amendment in layman’s terms.  The James Madison Institute’s mission is to “inform citizens so that, together, we may chart the course of making Florida an even more prosperous state.”  This analysis is in line with their mission.
