Today our founder was sent this video by numerous people and at first we were outraged. We could not believe that someone who works for our city could be so heartless and could fine a company for flying military flags. How twisted could this be?
We understand Mayor Lenny Curry got to the bottom of it quickly and stated the flags could continue flying.
We give Mayor Curry a Wink for this intervention on his part.
We give the employee a big fat Stink for her heartless and nasty comments. We hope Mayor Curry will write this employee up and keep a close eye on her heartless behavior.
Our military sacrificed to give us the right to voice our Opinions and to keep Americans free. The employee, however, has no right as a civil servant to express such hatred towards those in the military.
Good job, Mayor Curry.
Keep an eye on this employee and make sure she never, ever disrespects a member of the armed services. We’ve had enough of that in our hometown and the people are sick of it.
