His name’s not on the ballot; yet, is he already the Mayor?
Someone recently asked who I thought should be the Mayor of Jacksonville. My answer: “I propose we write in Shad Kahn’s name and skip the middleman.” He’s already pulling the strings behind the curtain anyway. Might as well make him Mayor. That’s my opinion. What’s yours?
