The final delicious biscuit-based dishes have been handpicked by the Chefs of the Mills for the contest, and now it’s up to you to vote for your favorites in each category: biscuit side, entrée, and dessert.
Local chef, Dennis Chan, owner of Blue Bamboo was chosen as a finalist for #thebiskiescontest! He needs our help to take home the grand prize by voting for his Avocado Toast Biscuit Fries in the next three days:
The grand prize is $20,000! The runners-up in each category will receive a $5,000 prize.
